We Got The Jazz - Myeloma and Lymphona Fund Raiser
Another successful fundraising event for my son in his efforts to raise money with his annual Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser in uptown Dallas! Doesn't she look pretty on this table! Just the perfect size for display... and that view! One Stitch Closer I made the pattern "Prismatic Star" by Judy Niemeyer for this years' fundraiser. I had originally planned a much more aggressive piecing pattern but was running out of time. So, I pulled this pattern together and bam... done! Lou Ellen Hassold volunteered to help me with next year's quilt. We have a theme.... so far they have all been Judy Niemeyer patterns. Next year will be ..... Feathered Star! Denise Green of HollyDeeQuilts and a CI for Quiltworx patterns pulled the fabrics for this year's quilt from her shop and will also be helping us decide the final fabric...
