Blogger's Quilt Festival 2nd entry - Rosewood Cottage

My 2nd entry will be in the applique division @ Blogger's Quilt Festival and is called "Rosewood Cottage" based on the name of the pattern.    I had lots of fun piecing and machine appliquéing these fun blocks.   The top was completed in 2006 but I only recently found time to quilt and also make the perfect backing for this quilt.

You did a great job quilting the Rosewood Cottage! It is stunning! I also made the biggest part of this quilt a long time ago, and forgot the quilt. After reorganising my hobbystuff I found it back, and put it in a basket with "to finish in 2018. I'm also trying to learn to FMQ, and since 2 weeks I have a group on FB with +- 270 dutch woman who all want te learn.
I have used a picture of you on my blog, and I will place the link to this blog. Later I will visit your blog again, but first I want to let you know about the use of your picture. Thank you very much for sharing it with us! You are a great example!
